We finally have the long-awaited official title for the Nintendo Switch sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, announced today on the Nintendo Direct Livestream.
Let’s give a ridiculously excited “hello!” to The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, launching on 12th May 2023. Tears of the Kingdom. What d’you reckon?
While we don’t know much about what gameplay will look like with the trailer keeping it lowkey, we are excited about this new instalment in the classic franchise. It’s been two years since Breath of the Wild came out, and fans have eagerly awaited any news about the sequel. With Nintendo finally giving us a name and a release date, it looks like we won’t have to wait much longer to get our hands on the game.
