The new extended trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is here, giving fans a better look at the new character repping the iconic suit.
After the late Chadwick Boseman’s passing in 2020, Marvel announced they would not recast the role as T’Challa in future movies, with a new character set to take on the Black Panther legacy instead.
This trailer shows T’Challa’s family grieving his loss, including sister Shuri (Letitia Wright) and mother Ramonda (Angela Bassett). Later, the mysterious new Black Panther makes a grand entrance as they descend from the ceiling in style. Shuri, the younger sister of King T’Challa, is thought to be the most likely contender for the role.
The sequel’s cast comprises familiar faces such as Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Florence Kasumba, Michaela Coel and Tenoch Huerta.
The long-awaited sequel to the hit movie Black Panther, Wakanda Forever, will be released on November 11, 2022. In the meantime, relieve your favourite moments from the first movie by streaming it on Disney+.
